CNC 5-Axis Machining

By investing in 5-axis technology VES Precision can produce complex 3-dimensional components on a single machine, improving product quality and productivity whilst reducing lead times and driving down costs.

Our new 5-Axis CNC mill is highly specified to include high pressure coolant supply, excellent filtration on the coolant side to eliminate contamination and a 60 tool carousel.

Perhaps the most impressive addition to the machine however, is the Erowa pallet loading system with a 16 pallet capacity.

This allows us to load the pallet system with multiple jobs and the machine will then perform fully automated machining moving seamlessly from one job to the next. In turn this maximises productivity giving complete 24 hour machining capabilities.

Whilst the machine is working on one job it is possible to remove a completed pallet for inspection, and if any faults are found then the pallet can be reloaded and depending on the fault the parts can be re-machined.
