Aerospace Machining

VES Precision has been a long term supplier to the aerospace industry and as an AS9100 approved engineering subcontractor with multiple machining centres across a range of disciplines we are perfectly positioned to produce and supply mechanical components of complex geometry.  We are a specialist engineering machine shop and have a great deal of experience in machining hard and exotic materials and castings that are often found in high-temperature applications such as the intake and exhaust side of jet turbine engines.

Aerospace EDM Wire Erosion

To further compliment this, the company also has large capacity for EDM wire erosion with the added benefit of NADCAP approval.

Using turning, milling, lapping, grinding and EDM wire erosion the company continues to supply a broad range of components to the aerospace industry ranging from non-return valves for life-support systems to machining of helicopter gearbox castings.

For our aerospace customers many of the components we produce are made from various grades of stainless steel, aluminium, brass, Nimonic, Super Duplex, Inconel, Stellite and other exotic materials.

We also machine castings made from super-alloys such as MAR-247.
